A Biofield Tuning adrenal reset helps regulate your adrenal glands so that they function at a healthy pace. Modern living can cause them to get stuck in the “on” position, leading to a whole variety of symptoms, including low thyroid and impaired digestion. This type of session provides a comprehensive adrenal support/rhythm reset. If you are chronically exhausted, running on empty, have a short fuse and/or you have trouble sleeping it is likely that your adrenal rhythm has become stuck running in overdrive.

        This is an advanced tuning method that should not be done as an introduction to Biofield Tuning. It is recommended to receive three sessions of Biofield Tuning before receiving Adrenal Reset work. This is to prepare and support the body's ability to handle the large reset period of an Adrenal Reset. Sometimes the process can leave a recipient exhausted for 1-3 days, after which they rebound with a much healthier pace of living.
