This is actually a very important and complex question! There are a lot of aspects that go into this to explain how people get the repeatable state changes reported from recipients of Biofield Tuning, even at a distance.

You can absolutely still benefit from the subscription service! Instead of receiving the tuning "live as it happens" on Saturday, you can take time out of any other day of the month that works for you to receive the content of that month's tuning. In whatever environment that works for you to become receptive, intend with your heart and mind to receive the tuning session and proceed to notice what arises for you, and when you feel the inner signal that 'I am done receiving'. The feeling of completion is different for everyone. This does not necessarily mean you have to have a quiet place to lay down or engage in an hour long sitting meditation; you can choose to receive your monthly tuning while taking a walk in nature, or anything else that provides a context where your heart and mind are receptive. The time it will take to receive will change with each tuning and with every individual.

It would not 'screw anything up' if you use the monthly report as your reminder to take some time and space for yourself to receive, and reading the report of what happened on my end "before it happens on yours" doesn't cause any kind of problem within the process. The main thing that matters is that you engage with this service with integrity.

In the linked video below, I believe the distance tuning participants made incredible strides in their levels of anxiety because they took it so seriously. They had follow up reports. They chose to participate in the study. They wanted to be there, and make a change for themselves. They were willing to try something new, whole-heartedly. They were being very conscious about their actions. They were acting with integrity.

How much more strong was their healing response coming from that state of being compared to someone who signs up for my service, never reads the report, has one errant thought to receive the service, but never centers themselves and has a clear, coherent, focused choice with willpower to receive with both their heart and mind? Those are the two extremes, and you will find yourself in the middle of the spectrum. With the help of this service, you will make your way into further and deeper levels of the 'conscious participation' side as the tunings help clear up pockets of resistance in your Biofield, making the whole thing easier!

These recordings are not intended to be full Biofield Tuning sessions - more of a monthly tune-up. The container I set normally ends up taking 20-40 minutes, but even that is a large time commitment to ask of anyone's weekend (or whenever you listen to the sessions). If you understand Intention and Trust, you can do a lot with energy work.

Try setting a timer for however long you would like the session to be - maybe you only have 15 minutes. Maybe you only have 5. Intend to connect with the session, and Trust the results - and maybe the results are an intuition that "you need a little more time". There are no rules around consciousness and time, only your own integrity reflecting back your experience to you. So go ahead and 'compress' these audio sessions into however long it works for you and adjust accordingly!

This conveniently allows for you to 'make-it-real' for yourself, but without the time commitment of an entire hour. This is why it's so hard for people to start exercise programs! It takes too much time. Habits begin small, and this function allows for you to begin a self-care ritual of receiving healing energy once a month. It's the kind of discipline that will cultivate real, lasting, powerful results.

These sessions were intended for everyone as a means to stay on top of their health in a proactive way. You can think of it as going from Good to Great and staying there.

These group distance sessions would:

• Integrate and release World Stress such as large tragedies affecting the group consciousness

• Keep you balanced during astrological Transits/Retrogrades or Solar Flares, as well as navigating Moon Phases (those full moons can be pretty crazy!)

• Keep your voltage higher and be more resilient to physical/mental/emotional illness

• Be more affordable so people can transform their lives without being priced out

• Be potentially as powerful as a one on one session (read below to find out how to maximize your session)

• Intended for those who are doing overall Good to Great, and help them stay there

• One difference between a group tuning and one-on-one tuning is that there will likely be very little or no age-related information

It is hard to gauge the 'value' of a group tuning versus an individual one, because radical results have been seen in both.

Group tuning sessions often work with themes coming from the human collective. If I report that a session was focused on feelings of self-worth or unworthiness an example, that session will have resonance with you, as we all a relationship with those themes. Sessions will not "miss" your unique story and have been a wasted effort.

This gets tricky almost immediately, because there are no hard boundaries within the kind of wellness that Biofield Tuning offers. There is a potential for a group tuning to be every bit as meaningful and 'deep' as a one-on-one session. We have to ultimately recognize that your perspective determines this.

Remember that are a lot of factors that work into a belief system to determine 'how powerful' any given type of any healing effort will be. The main difference between a distance session and in-person session is that I am not providing you a physical context for relaxation, and "taking it seriously". That is the responsibility that I must hand over to you in the case of distance tunings.

If you believe that a $10 subscription will have 1/12 the healing power of my $120 one on one service, you will live that experience depending on how deep your conviction is. Imagine if you paid $6,000 for this service, how much more serious would it be? how much more transformation would you allow? Imagine any amount of money that would be a significant investment. Would you give it your all then?

You want to aim for higher levels of relaxation and trust in the process. Someone who pays $6,000 is going to fully surrender if that $6,000 was a serious amount of investment. You can do the same thing in principle, for $10. You can practice getting to that same level of focus on the process.

The paradox is to balance this cultivation of an honest attempt at 'receiving the work' with releasing expectations. The two seem mutually exclusive - how can you care about the process when you have to release expectations of a result? It is a tough thing to consider, especially considering that our society functions in that kind of linear thinking fashion. We live in a diagnostic health care system. We have problem A, and we will do B to solve A, otherwise we are not going to bother with doing B.

Biofield Tuning is not diagnostic in nature. We cannot with integrity answer this question of which tuning type (group or one on one) is more valuable. We can't know what your transformation will be look like afterwards, because we never diagnose a problem and then know the process will 'heal' that. Your experience could range from an unconscious transformation where you would report "it didn't seem to do anything", to a radical transformation that brought you to a deep understanding of yourself that was so much more clear, that who you were before seems distant. There could be a spontaneous remission of a serious physical problem. Not knowing how the body healed itself is defined as a spontaneous remission within the western allopathic system of medicine.

There is no magic key that can be given to a recipient to guarantee the most radically positive healing every single time. There are recognized strategies to assist your ability to heal, usually centered around how conscious your participation is, and how relaxed you are on a physical, emotional, and mental level while using your willpower at the time you choose to receive. Take a deep breath, and soften into your transformation. Ultimately, the approach to receiving Biofield Tuning sessions lie within your ability to surrender to what your body knows it wants to achieve in any given session.

Give up the need to understand, and see where it takes you.

Here is my advice for how to prepare for a distance session.

Yes, you can select more than one subscription to represent as many people who are participating and enter each person's correlating e-mail address during the checkout process.

As a word of caution - if you are intending to have my service be distributed to multiple people, the efficacy will be greatly reduced if they are not aware of the process. Energy healing is most powerful if the recipient is consciously aware and focusing on receiving healing. If you are intending for a family member to receive this work and they have no idea it is happening, the tuning becomes an offering that enters nonlocal space and the degree to which the recipient's higher self / unconscious self / wishes to accept and work with it, it will do so.

It is much like dedicating the merit of a meditation to all sentient beings. This process has value, but it will really help speed things along if sentient beings consciously choose to accept the merit/Love cultivated through the act of one's meditation.

Because Biofield Tuning is vibrational medicine, there are no direct contraindications.

Biofield Tuning works in a nonlinear way where progress can be tricky to perceive. It works across all dimensions of your being - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, ancestral - so which pieces were clarified or strengthened, and by how much? Because Biofield Tuning is nondiagnostic, it is also not quantitative. It affects your qualitative, subjective experience of life. There really isn't a way for a practitioner to give you purely objective data on "what happened", but the Biofield Tuning Anatomy Map can offer some clues. There was never an 'end point' or 'goal' for the healing, but an allowing of your Biofield's innate wisdom to heal itself/you. The key here is to practice nonattachment to outcomes.

Some people come to Biofield Tuning with an explicit symptom they would like to see resolved. The standard Biofield Tuning approach is that if within three tuning sessions there is no shift or change in that symptom, it may be time to try another method as most people can perceive a shift of some sort within three sessions. For a group tuning like this, the situation gets trickier around how many sessions one should expect to undergo before noticing a change in themselves. You will have to ask yourself whether it is worth the investment, and see how your life answers that question.

On my end, I have never facilitated a Biofield Tuning session where I did not help resolve and release a dissonance in someone's field. There is always something there. I always have full confidence that something was resolved. I know the method works. The solution to this question may seem fraudulent, but I have to be honest with you. You may never consciously recognize the effect of tuning sessions. It is my hope that over time you recognize patterns within yourself that your quality of life has improved, but you may never associate it with your tuning sessions, and that isn't the point. Many people experience greater levels of energy or ease, and they just go with it - only later upon reflection do they realize there could have been a correlation to the Biofield Tuning. The same is common with many energy healing modalities.

The following is a minimally edited quote from John Barnes in relationship to his Myofascial Release technique - the approaches to the work are identical.

"Ultimately, you don't need to figure this out and you don't need to understand it. Your mind-body wisdom knows exactly what you need. If you need to know, it will come up in the form of an insight during treatment, after treatment, in a dream, even a couple of days or weeks later; you will have an "ah-ha" experience. But sometimes you will never know on a conscious level. Trust that the deepest part of you knows what to do. Take off your brakes, don't try to figure it out, and simply allow your mind-body to do whatever it needs. Give up the need to understand, and see where it takes you."

Yes! Every month's e-mail will include a link to the tuning session recorded as an .mp3 file. You have about two weeks to download the file before it expires from the file-hoster. If you missed it, bypass all the technology and use your most powerful technology - consciousness - to connect and 'download' the information from that month's session.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through a link provided in your confirmation e-mail. If you for whatever reason cannot access your initial e-mail where this link is found, e-mail me at stillwatertune@gmail.com asking for a subscription cancellation and I can do so manually.

There is no cancellation fee.

In the event that I am sick and cannot facilitate the session, I will reschedule that month's tuning to the soonest available time when I am able to and offer it then. You will always receive a tuning at least once a month on this subscription service!

In the event that you are sick and cannot receive, please see the question "What if I am not available on Saturday to receive the group tuning?". When you are able to be in a good setting once again, you can receive the work at any time despite it "not being live".
